DESIGN
We support the customer in developing customized components, both by optimizing existing standard parts and by developing new projects based on specific requests. Our technical department integrates CAD modeling with technologies such as 3D printing and scanning to best respond to every customer request. We oversee the entire development process: from drawing definition to the creation of test samples, which are necessary to validate the product before proceeding with mass production.
MANUFACTURING PROCESSES
Each customized component may require a specific production process depending on its intended use. We are not bound to a single technology; thanks to a consolidated network of external partners, we coordinate different manufacturing methodologies to meet diverse technical priorities: from weight reduction through castings or investment castings, to maximum structural resistance with hot forging, up to the geometric freedom of machining and metalwork fabrication

SURFACE TREATMENTS
The choice of finishing treatment is essential to guarantee the component’s durability over time, especially based on the environmental conditions in which the vehicle will operate. Together with the customer, we evaluate the required level of protection against oxidation and weathering, offering various solutions in terms of corrosion resistance, aesthetics, and coating thickness.
